I don't like to use the word "happy" no one is happy in this world not even rich celebrities. They just give the illusion of being happy and we have "moments" of happiness. So what I always strive for it be content. If i have little or things are not going well in my life i try to be content. And if things seem to go very well, still i aim for contentment. Everyone has a sad story or a struggle. We just have to make the best of it. If you believe in God draw your strength from God and faith. If you don't believe in God draw your strength from positivity and surround yourself with things that heal such as beautiful music or nature. As long as you are doing well I am content. I don't care if you are not that active. 😌
