absolutely nothing to be sorry for I appreciate you sharing all your work. I just thought it was funny my sim was basically just holding hands and ended up with gonorrhea and 2 other things from the guy lol

The problem is I can't test for categories... So I test for the hidden after sex cooldown moodlet. As for how many illnesses, that's completely random. At present, the chance is 20% based on a timed window dice roll. I have saves where my sim almost never gets sick, and I have saves where he's always sick. I got a lot of complaints about it, and I get it... but with the skill/knowledge I have, this is what works best. I hope that makes sense, very sorry.

I really like the idea for more reprocussions with sex like STIs. My only issue is my sim got 3 STDs for a teasing animation lol
