They are all also not Autonomous just in case you do not what every single sim gaining the gardening skill.
I picked to unlock the generic gardening and flower related interactions. Those include:

- Under Social networking as long as you have a profile you can [Post Arrangement Photo to Simstagram].
- Found in the friendly social interaction Pie menu [Enthuse About Gardening].
