Well I did read that dbs is returning sometime next year or 2024 so it's within that time range

Announcement for the anime return yes, they havent started production yet... it'll most likely return end of 2023 or early 2024. A return of DBS was rumored in july of this year but there was no announcement date yet. It's great to know that they will announce the return very soon.
