Like everyone else is saying, you need to watch 109 and 110 at the same time. They were released as a double feature on the same day when it aired in Japan

honestly, the 48 minutes only needs one explanation. its cool to think of goku mastering ui within such an unbelievably short amount of time, and it would be stupid if the animators made the biggest arc of the series only two episodes lol

A little call back in this ep vegeta used the same combo on android 19, he used on the cat girl
Anime time, especially in the DB universe, moves VERY differently compared to our time. Along with what Szabolcs said, these guys move VERY fast; a 5 minute fight between two people to us is probably like 30 seconds to them because of how fast they actually are. We just see a slowed-down version of the fight so we can actually see
