He had surgery. Perhaps Naoru's phrase was not quite clear. He was talking about how he should have insisted on Hiroshi's surgery much earlier, when his father came the first time and asked Hiroshi to sign the consent for the procedure. We've edited it, so hopefully it's clearer now what he meant. Sorry^^'

I think he got the surgery 🤔Pacemaker. The only surgery that is left is heart transplantation 🙂
