Just as you expected, the librarian at the desk is the dragon-blooded one who always insists on helping you every time you come in. You haven't been able to figure out why they are so insistent on talking with you, and they always seem to be cracking odd jokes. You sigh and head over, knowing that they'll just follow you out if you leave now.
