The PW doesn't work or the PW says it is expired!
I promise the PW does work, you are most likely not typing it correctly. Please make sure that you use correct capitalization, use proper numbers, and proper letters where required. Also make sure you are using the correct password associated to the content you are trying to access. If it is still not working, then please use a text editor or something similar to type it out so that you can visually verify you are typing the correct thing, then you can copy and paste it in.
If for some reason you still can't get it to work, then send me a message. Please include what content you are trying to access and type out the password you are trying to use into the message so that I can verify you are attempting to use the correct password. If it is just an issue with your browser, then we will find a solution that works for you.
