I'll be honest - I never understood why people don't want to leave reviews of the service they get. Especially if it's particularly bad - at a minimum, you might help someone else from wasting their money or getting scammed.

Neither of those O-Rod songs were sampling Taylor or Paramore's songs. They drew heavy inspiration which is why they sounded so similar so they fall under the term interpolation where you essentially just use the same melody (musically or vocally) that the original song used. You still need to get permission and all of that jazz (and usually give a writing credit) but it's technically possible to happen on accident if you've listened to so much of someone else's music. Sampling is when you literally take part of someone else's song and chop it up and use it in your song
