With a blank expression, Louis used Dragonflame Blast to incinerate the stained panties and the worn leather boots. Then, very cautiously, he tossed the sealed ampoules of T-Virus solution into a far corner of his storage space.
What the hell is this lottery system thinking? It pulls out anything and everything for show—even panties? Are they trying to make him look like a pervert on purpose?
And why the hell is something as dangerous as the T-Virus showing up in a standard lottery draw? If that thing leaks, the whole place is screwed.
Louis had zero interest in turning this world into Resident Evil.
After disposing of the hazardous and reputation-destroying junk, Louis began sorting through the rest of his rewards.
The first things that stood out were five gleaming Western-style one-handed swords.
He couldn’t help it—they were all lined up in a neat row, practically screaming we're a set, and their eye-catching names made them even more noticeable.
“A village-level best sword is already weird enough, but a town, city, and even nation-level one too? The power scaling is oddly specific,” Louis said as he casually drew the Nation’s Best Sword.

Curious, Louis picked up the Demon Lord’s Sword.

Louis stared at it in silence for a long moment. Then, one by one, he picked up the remaining swords and read their descriptions, before sighing.
“Is this some kind of rock-paper-scissors game?”
Each of these swords grants the same ‘cut through anything’ ability—within a certain jurisdiction. And the counter chain goes like this: the Nation's sword beats the City's, City beats Town, Town beats Village... and then Village counters the Demon Lord?
What even is the point of all this?
“Hmm... hmm?” Louis stroked his chin thoughtfully as a new idea took shape in his mind.
“What if I give the Demon Lord’s Sword to Voldemort... and the Village’s Best Sword to... Harry Potter? Nah, too cliché. That’d just be following fate’s script. Giving it to Neville sounds more interesting.”
But the more he thought about it, the more Louis hesitated.
Sure, in the canon ending, it’s Harry who defeats Voldemort. But the prophecy always positioned Neville and Harry as equals, either one could’ve fulfilled it.
“So... if Neville defeats Voldemort, is that fulfilling fate? Or breaking it?” Louis frowned, torn.
The real issue was—he didn’t want to gamble. Voldemort’s death was going to be the climax, the grand harvest of his lottery goals. The single biggest feast of Trick Points. Missing that...
“Wait a sec—why am I assuming Voldemort has to die?” Louis rubbed his chin again. “Wouldn’t it be more fun if he just kept barely hanging on?”
With that thought, he made up his mind. He stored away the Village’s Best Sword for later, and decided to look for the right time to bestow the Demon Lord’s Sword upon Voldemort.
“An immortal demon body... That’s a legendary-tier buff right there.”
Louis tucked the entire series of ‘Best Swords’ into his storage and moved on to the rest of his rewards.
The precious jade stones turned out to be hefty chunks of snow-white Hetian jade, smooth and lustrous, each cut into a perfect square—clearly man-made. He wasn’t sure how much they were worth, but for now, they’d just sit in his space collecting dust until needed.
Next up, the medical items: the aloe vera was of the medicinal variety, and the Black Jade Balm came straight from the world of some wuxia novels. Both were top-tier healing items capable of treating even serious wounds.
Not something he’d need immediately—but definitely worth keeping for emergencies.
Then there was the One-Time Stand-In Experience Ticket.
If it had been permanent, Louis might’ve been excited. But a permanent stand-in wouldn’t appear in a standard draw. That would be a premium-tier reward at least.
Stands, from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, came from the same universe as the name Dio Brando—his own alias. They’re spiritual manifestations only visible to other Stand users, and they often possessed strange and powerful abilities, easily comparable to this world’s magic.
More importantly—who wouldn’t want to experience the thrill of summoning a towering specter to scream “ORA ORA ORA!” and beat the crap out of their enemies?
But since it was just a one-time deal, it was nothing more than a novelty item. He set it aside.
He hadn’t forgotten his true goal for this lottery session.
“Soul-Enhancing Pills, huh?” Louis picked up a small porcelain vial and tipped out three round, glossy pills.
