🕑 Added 2024-07-23 04:00:21 +0000 UTCFalling from a height of over a thousand meters.
Carrying the force of a thousand tons.
The terrifying power seemed as though it would instantly shatter the surface of Apokolips.
As he plummeted with tremendous momentum, Darkseid's eyes showed a cruel glint.
The battle axe in his hand was aimed at Peter's body, crashing down with immense force.
"Trying to take advantage of me not having a weapon?"
Peter's face remained calm, watching Darkseid fall rapidly from the sky.
Until the moment Darkseid's descending form and the glowing red battle axe were about to strike him, Peter showed no reaction.
"Die!"
Darkseid saw Peter standing still, as if petrified and unable to evade or block, and the cruelty in his eyes became palpable.
A cruel smile curled at the corners of his mouth, as if he was about to witness Peter's head explode and body shatter.
The terrifying power, as if containing the strength to destroy everything, struck Peter's body with the battle axe.
However, at that moment, the cruel smile on Darkseid's face froze.
"This feeling… something's wrong!"
"Damn it, when did this happen?"
As soon as he struck Peter's body, Darkseid felt as if he had hit nothing but air.
He instantly realized that the Peter before him was merely an illusion.
Even Darkseid couldn't perceive when Peter had vanished.
Pop!
Sure enough, as the battle axe tore through Peter's illusory "body," his form twisted in the air and shattered like a bubble.
Unable to retract his immense power in time, Darkseid's attack slammed into the ground of Apokolips.
Boom!
A terrifying force erupted, shaking the entire planet violently.
A wave of scorching energy poured into the earth, triggering the flow of magma beneath the surface.
Instantly, the magma surged violently, influenced by the rampaging energy.
The energy burst through the ground, creating numerous cracks that spread from Darkseid's feet for tens of kilometers.
The explosive combination of energy and magma formed strange fiery patterns across the surface.
At this moment, Darkseid had no time to focus on the terrifying spectacle his immense power had created.
His eyes were serious as he tried to locate Peter.
"Damn it!"
Suddenly, Darkseid's expression turned grim.
Without hesitation, he quickly turned around.
His hands didn't stop either, swinging the heavy battle axe with great force as he turned.
Swish!
The battle axe moved at supersonic speed.
It sliced through the air, seemingly capable of tearing space itself.
Clang!
But before completing even half a circle, it was blocked by a figure's raised arm.
The sound of the clash was like metal striking metal.
Despite being stopped, the battle axe's wind force ripped the ground like a tornado, lifting the earth.
"How is this possible?"
Even so, the scene before Darkseid left him shocked and incredulous.
He had used all his strength in the battle axe, only to have it blocked so easily.
Moreover, from the look of contempt in Peter's eyes and the slight smile on his lips, it was clear he still had plenty of strength left, as if Darkseid was no threat.
"Now… it's my turn!"
Peter's smile faded, and his expression turned icy.
He lifted his leg and kicked Darkseid's chest without hesitation.
Bang!
Darkseid was sent flying as if hit by a planet.
He flew along the ground, traveling tens of kilometers in less than a second.
In the process, he crashed through countless ruins and several lava-spewing volcanoes.
On his specially crafted metal armor, a clear footprint emerged, seemingly a size 45…
Of course, Darkseid had no time to notice this detail.
While still recovering from the impact, he saw Peter reappear before him.
After kicking Darkseid away, Peter had accelerated and caught up to him at even greater speed.
Before Darkseid could react, Peter descended from the sky and kicked him in the abdomen.
Poof!
This kick was even more powerful than the last.
Even Darkseid, the tyrant of the universe, couldn't withstand it, spitting out a mouthful of blood from the internal injuries.
However, he still couldn't control his body, which fell like a meteor from space, crashing into Apokolips.
Boom!
With a sound like a nuclear explosion, Apokolips shook even more violently.
Darkseid's body penetrated several kilometers into the ground.
A massive crater, tens of kilometers in diameter, formed on the once flat surface.
Inside, red-hot magma flowed, creating a new molten lake.
...
Meanwhile, Peter did not stop his attack.
Suspended in midair, his eyes glowed with a dazzling golden light.
Sizzle!
Scorching golden beams shot out.
In an instant, they pierced through the layers of lava in the massive crater, penetrated the surface, and struck Darkseid's body, which was submerged in the molten rock.
"Argh!"
Darkseid, having suffered repeated attacks, was now severely injured.
He could barely even counterattack.
All he could do was cross his arms in front of his chest to block Peter's golden beams.
Under the intense force of the golden rays, his body was rapidly pushed through the surface of Apokolips.
The powerful impact propelled Darkseid's body, and within less than ten seconds, it traversed the entire planet.
The two violent tremors on Apokolips earlier had already caused Superman, who was pushing the planet, to feel immense pressure.
Now, Apokolips was even closer to Earth's surface.
Darkseid's body burst through the other side of the planet's surface, accompanied by a blazing golden light.
At that moment, Darkseid's form was finally revealed to all the people on Earth.
"Everyone, look! What is that?"
"Wait… that figure… damn, I remember him! He killed Diana!"
Suddenly, as they watched the figure break through the surface of Apokolips, Cyborg's eyes filled with intense hatred.
"Yes, that's him. Not only did he leave countless blood debts on Earth, but he also controlled our hero… Superman!"
At this moment, Batman and the others all stared at the figure in the sky with furious expressions.
It was his appearance that had brought such a severe crisis to Earth!
"This guy…"
However, compared to the others' rage, Batman's eyes showed a hint of gravity.
This villain, who had caused the apocalypse on Earth, was indeed despicable, but his power was immense.
From the fact that he could command countless alien armies, invade Earth, defeat all the nations and superhero organizations, and ultimately subjugate Earth and control Superman, one could imagine how powerful this guy was.
...
"Is it him?"
The sudden burst of golden light and the figure piercing through Apokolips caught the attention of Superman, who was pushing the planet away from Earth.
At first, he only glanced casually, but then he couldn’t look away.
A scene suddenly appeared in his mind.
It was when Earth had just faced the invasion of Apokolips' alien army.
Metropolis, too, was under attack from the alien forces.
As Superman, he had almost immediately rushed to Metropolis to resist the invasion.
However, a familiar scream echoed in his mind.
His face turned pale, and he unleashed unprecedented speed, smashing through countless skyscrapers that stood in his way.
In the blink of an eye, he arrived at the source of the scream.
He saw his beloved, staring in terror at a figure with hands behind its back, its eyes glowing red.
He even saw red beams shooting from the figure’s eyes.
Clark didn’t hesitate and positioned himself in front of his beloved, using his back to shield her from the beams.
However, the expected pain didn’t come.
Instead, a deathly red beam refracted around him and struck his beloved.
“No!”
At that moment, his heart-wrenching cry couldn’t bring back the life of his beloved.
He felt helpless, watching as the red beam turned his beloved to ashes.
That moment of heartache was unforgettable!
And it was this very figure who, after killing his beloved, invaded his mind and spirit with some special method during his moment of grief and confusion, manipulating his thoughts.
It turned him into a loyal enforcer, helping this figure completely conquer Earth.
At this moment, new and old hatreds merged.
Clark’s fury surged instantly.
He even abandoned his efforts to push Apokolips away from Earth.
He burst forth with extreme speed, charging toward Darkseid, who had yet to stabilize.
Bang!
Clark appeared before Darkseid in an instant, raising his fist and punching Darkseid in the face without hesitation.
Caught off guard, Darkseid, who had just pierced through to the other side of Apokolips, was punched back onto the planet's surface by Clark once more.
Boom!
In his anger, Superman unleashed unparalleled power.
Darkseid fell like a meteor, crashing into Apokolips’ surface with the force of a nuclear explosion.
Darkseid's body created another crater, several kilometers deep.
But Superman did not pause, his anger turning almost tangible.
He flew toward Darkseid in the crater once again.
Boom!
The immense power stirred the lava on Apokolips' surface.
Superman was now holding Darkseid by the throat with his left hand, his right hand clenched into a fist, punching Darkseid's face repeatedly without hesitation.
At this moment, it was as if Superman was venting all his anger over losing his beloved and being controlled, transforming it into immense power in his fists, striking Darkseid.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The violent impacts echoed through Apokolips, unending, as if they would never stop.
The terrifying power drove Darkseid's body deeper into Apokolips' surface.
It seemed that soon, Superman would hammer Darkseid through the planet with his punches.
“I am… the supreme… New God!”
Meanwhile, enduring Superman’s wrath, Darkseid’s eyes grew colder and angrier.
As a New God who replaced the old gods of the universe, he had destroyed countless planets and civilizations.
But he had never faced such continuous humiliation.
At this moment, Darkseid’s overwhelming shame and fury erupted.
An immensely terrifying aura spread across Apokolips.
"Argh!"
With a roar that echoed through the universe, the lava and geothermal energy beneath Apokolips surged toward Darkseid.
The infinite energy gathered in Darkseid, making him emanate a blazing, terrifying aura. The high temperatures and violent energy began to melt his armor, starting from his chest, revealing his glowing red skin.
A skin that seemed to hold destructive power.
“Enough!”
Bang!
Superman, not noticing all this, continued to vent his intense anger with his fists.
Suddenly, a massive force stopped his descending fist.
“Die!”
Though his arm was restrained, the enraged Superman did not stop his attack. His eyes erupted with crimson light.
Sizzle!
A heat vision far surpassing his usual power burst forth.
Below him, Darkseid unleashed his Omega Beams without hesitation.
Boom!
The two beams collided at close range, creating an immense explosion.
A gigantic mushroom cloud of fire erupted on Apokolips.
The ground shook violently.
A figure was thrown into the air by the intense explosion.
It was Superman, nearly overcome with rage.
“You all… deserve to die!”
The terrifying mushroom cloud hadn’t dissipated yet, but it suddenly seemed to be drawn by a force, rapidly shrinking downward.
In the blink of an eye, all the energy vanished.
The next moment, a figure appeared before everyone, his eyes blazing with red flames, staring at Superman and the Earth behind him, along with all the surviving humans.
On his bare chest, an “Ω”-shaped symbol, formed by the fiery energy, was visible.
…
