🕑 Added 2024-03-03 06:27:36 +0000 UTCAt this moment, it wasn't just Peter who was saving this universe.
On a street in Queens, New York.
Gwen, also known as Spider-Woman, was also rescuing innocent civilians amidst the chaos.
The sudden arrival of the dark dimensional cracks plunged the entire city of New York into immense chaos.
Numerous accidents occurred, resulting in countless innocent people being injured and threatened.
And now was the time for Gwen to showcase her skills.
"Thank you, Spider-Woman, you saved our whole family..."
After rescuing a family of four from a overturned car, Gwen didn't have time to listen to their excited thanks. She swiftly shot out her web and dashed towards another disaster scene.
"Chief, Spider-Woman is saving innocent people on the streets, should we...?"
George, the police chief, couldn't stay at home with such massive chaos happening. Moreover, when he found out that his daughter was the famous Spider-Woman, he had his own thoughts comparing himself to her.
"Send out a helicopter to guide Spider-Woman, making it easier for her to save the disasters happening nearby."
George contemplated for a moment and made a decision.
At this moment, although their entire police department and fire brigade were mobilized, in such chaotic circumstances, their efficiency in rescuing the public couldn't match that of a powerful and agile Spider-Man.
So, providing Spider-Man with more convenient guidance was undoubtedly a good choice.
"Understood, Chief."
His subordinates didn't hesitate and directly gave new instructions over the radio.
Boom!
Suddenly, flames burst out below.
It turned out that a tanker truck collided with another car, triggering a terrifying explosion.
Countless people burned by the flames were screaming in agony.
"Quick, notify the fire brigade to prioritize rescuing this area."
George ordered with a solemn expression.
"No, the fire brigade won't make it in time!"
However, he knew deep down that at this moment, the entire New York, and even the whole Earth, was in great chaos.
The fire brigade was already short-handed.
The next moment, his gaze suddenly became firm, and without hesitation, he leaped out of the helicopter and plummeted towards the ground.
"Chief..."
Amidst the disbelief of the officers, Chief George turned into a terrifying green monster in mid-air, crashing onto the ground with a loud thud.
Without any pause, he charged into the raging flames.
Seconds later, he emerged from it carrying two unconscious individuals, placed them down, and immediately plunged back in.
...
"Hoo, the 95th..."
Shortly after, Gwen once again saved numerous people from several car accidents, took a deep breath, shot her web, and soared into the sky.
"Great, Superman succeeded!"
However, this time, he saw that the sky, which had been shrouded by a huge dark crack, was restored to normalcy under a burst of strong light.
Filled with excitement, she almost instantly thought that Superman must have resolved the crisis.
"No, what's going on?"
However, before she could rejoice too much, the sky, which had become clear, was once again shrouded in even thicker darkness.
"And in the darkness, it seems there's something?"
At this moment, Gwen looked in shock at the constantly flickering figures looming in the sky, almost within arm's reach, in the darkness.
She even seemed to see another herself, identical in appearance.
"Wait... is that?"
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the darkness, riding a flying skateboard-like device, transforming into a figure that Gwen found very familiar.
"The Green Goblin? No way, this can't be! Wasn't he already defeated by Superman?"
Watching the figure that should have died long ago but now reappeared, Gwen's face was filled with an incredulous expression.
"Hahaha... I smell chaos and madness..."
The sudden appearance of the Green Goblin, looking at the familiar yet unfamiliar world around him, his eyes filled with madness.
"Hahaha, since it's so chaotic here, how could I be missing..."
Immediately, without hesitation, he took out several pumpkin bombs and was about to throw them around.
"No!"
Gwen roared, then without hesitation, shot her web at the Green Goblin.
"Huh? Spider-Man? No... you're not Spider-Man, who are you?"
Seeing the familiar web, the Green Goblin couldn't help but pause, but then looking at Gwen, who was different from the Spider-Man he knew, he couldn't help but feel very strange.
"Norman Osborn, how did you come back to life?"
The web shot out from her hands bound the Green Goblin, and Gwen asked the most urgent question she wanted to know.
"Huh? That's impossible, how did you know my identity?"
However, Gwen's words instantly stunned the Green Goblin.
Although he had caused countless chaos in New York City, although most of them were stopped by Spider-Man, he had never let anyone discover his identity.
And how did this sudden guy know his true identity?
"You weren't defeated by Superman..."
Gwen also felt extremely shocked at this moment, and a bad idea suddenly rose in her heart.
Then she looked up again, at the darkness, at the other Gwen who was looking at her with the same shocked expression.
"Could it be... another universe?"
The sudden terrifying idea made Gwen feel unbelievably incredulous.
"Hehehe... what a chance."
Seeing Gwen suddenly stunned, although still puzzled as to how she knew his true identity, the Green Goblin wouldn't give up this opportunity. He instantly manipulated the flying skateboard in the air and quickly rolled around.
At the moment when Gwen was pulled towards him by the web, he successfully used the sharp blades of the flying skateboard to cut the web.
Then, without hesitation, he threw several pumpkin bombs at the stunned Gwen.
Just as the pumpkin bombs were nearing Gwen, causing her Spider-Sense to sense a strong threat...
Suddenly, several strands of webbing shot out from the side, accurately hitting the pumpkin bombs, then yanking them aside abruptly.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
In the consecutive explosions of the pumpkin bombs, amid the bursting flames...
A figure clad in a red Spider-Man suit descended from the sky.
"Two Spider-Men?"
The Green Goblin's eagle-like gaze scanned back and forth between the two suddenly appearing Spider-Men, his eyes filled with astonishment.
Without hesitation, he drove his flying skateboard and swiftly departed.
"Um, who are you?"
At this moment, ignoring the Green Goblin who had already escaped, the two Spider-Men, one male and one female, looked at each other with surprise.
"Hello, I'm Peter Parker, presumably from a different universe..."
"What? Peter Parker? How is that possible?"
Listening to the other's introduction, Gwen's face was filled with shock. Her classmate was also Spider-Man?
...
At this moment, it wasn't just the miraculous scene of two Spider-Men meeting that appeared.
Throughout the entire world, countless people discovered someone who looked exactly like themselves in the darkness of the sky.
"So, you're from another universe?"
Shortly after, through the explanation of another Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Gwen finally understood the situation at hand.
It turned out that the darkness shrouding the sky above the Earth was the reality of another universe.
And the figure in the darkness, identical to herself, was another her from another universe.
"That's right, this is truly unbelievable. Parallel universes actually exist."
At this moment, Peter from the other universe also felt incredibly incredulous.
"But our current situation seems a bit precarious."
Looking at the other universe's reality hanging over the Earth, Gwen couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was about to happen. Her Spider-Sense seemed to sense some incredibly terrifying event.
"Huh? Why isn't my Spider-Sense reacting at all?"
Looking at Gwen's worried expression, Peter said somewhat strangely.
"However, I believe that no matter what crisis it is, Superman will surely be able to stop it."
However, the next moment, Gwen spoke with firm determination.
"What? Does your universe also have a Superman? That's unbelievable."
Originally, the existence of a female Spider-Man in this universe alone had already left Peter incredulous.
He never expected that there would also be Superman from the comics in this universe.
...
Meanwhile, Superman Peter, under the watchful gaze of the Ancient One, slowly ascended into the air, pressing his hands against the cosmic barrier enveloping Doctor Strange within.
"Superman, are you sure you want to do this?"
The Ancient One couldn't help but ask, looking at Peter's determined expression.
"Even if doing so will destroy the universe he's in, I have no choice for the sake of this universe," Peter said firmly, fully aware of the consequences of his actions.
After separating the merging universes, the universe where Doctor Strange resided would truly begin to collapse.
This was the terrifying result of the failure of the universe invasion.
If the invasion failed, then his own universe would be completely destroyed.
In any case, in the cosmic war, right and wrong were only determined by victory or defeat.
Only the universe that emerged victorious had the possibility of survival.
"Fortunately, just destroying the entire Dark Dimension and saving the Earth has brought me enough points," Peter said, looking at the system store where the points had already surpassed seven digits, without hesitation, he directly exchanged for a brand new template.
[Congratulations, Host, the new template is being integrated...]
Although he didn't have enough points to exchange for the incredibly powerful templates from the comics.
However, Peter was still able to exchange for a template that could push away the Star of Apocalypse bare-handed.
The next moment, a terrifying power suddenly appeared within Peter's body.
Making his already terrifying power even stronger.
More importantly, Peter had a very special feeling at this moment.
As if he could do anything he wanted as long as he thought about it.
"The power of consciousness is really powerful!"
Although Peter didn't have the powerful telekinetic power to make all thoughts become reality at this moment.
But now, he had enough confidence to separate the two merging universes.
The next moment, brilliant golden light erupted from Peter's body.
Even though the Earth was shrouded in darkness, the golden light shining through the darkness could still be seen on the Earth.
Creak!
Instantly, a strong voice resounded throughout the entire universe.
The terrifying power almost shook the entire universe.
And Doctor Strange, who was within the cosmic barrier, suddenly felt a shock in his body and opened his eyes abruptly.
"This is impossible... how can you possess such powerful strength?"
Looking at Peter who was pushing him, Doctor Strange's face was full of disbelief.
"No! I must not let you stop my plan to merge the universe!"
The next moment, Doctor Strange's face became extremely frantic.
Instantly, a powerful dark aura burst forth from the Darkhold. On one hand, it resisted Peter's powerful force, and on the other hand, several tentacles extended into the darkness.
The next moment, amidst the flickering black light, the Ancient One suddenly noticed several special figures appearing around him.
There was a bald old man sitting in a wheelchair.
There was also a man with a cold face, standing with his hair standing up, and a cigar in his mouth.
There was a woman wearing silver-white armor, with a transparent visor revealing a face that the Ancient One found very familiar.
A woman holding a round metal shield, an old man with a metal helmet.
And a woman floating in the air, shimmering all over with light...
Dozens of figures appeared here in total.
"Fellow beings, for the sake of our universe, please make sure to stop him!" Doctor Strange's old face solemnly addressed the sudden appearance of dozens of figures.
