🕑 Added 2024-02-25 13:14:19 +0000 UTC"What is that?"
Countless Asgardians look at the terrifying black column in the sky, their eyes filled with panic.
"Thor, this is..."
Even Heimdall, at this moment, is full of shock.
"Protect everyone."
After saying this to Heimdall, Thor, wielding his axe, flies directly into the sky, heading towards the crashing black column.
"Everyone, quickly take cover."
Heimdall first speaks to the weak civilians, then turns to the guards clad in silver armor and shouts, "Asgard's warriors, protect our homeland!"
At this moment, on the Bifrost Bridge, Hela, dressed in black, is already standing here.
Looking at the familiar Asgard, Hela can't help squinting her eyes, feeling the powerful force continuously merging into her body.
Her power comes from the realm of Asgard, and as long as she's in Asgard, her power will infinitely increase.
"My subjects, prepare to welcome your new queen!"
With a contemptuous smile on her lips, Hela, without hesitation, slowly walks towards the Asgardian city ahead.
However, accompanied by a flash of lightning, Thor, holding his axe, instantly lands in front of Hela, blocking her path into the city.
"Oh? My dear brother, it turns out your strength is quite impressive."
Looking at Thor surrounded by thunder, Hela's eyes can't help but flash with surprise.
"I'll give you a chance, swear allegiance to me, and with our alliance, we can conquer the entire Nine Realms, even the entire universe."
"At that time, Asgard will become the most powerful sanctuary in the entire universe."
At this moment, she changes her mind. If Thor can help her, she can achieve her ambition of conquering the universe faster.
"A wise ruler never initiates war."
"This is what Father said to me before he died. Didn't he say the same to you?"
Thor slowly speaks, but his words instantly make Hela's face turn cold.
"Hmph, now you're starting to resemble him a bit, just as stubborn, just as confused!"
With a cold snort, Hela rushes towards Thor in front of her without hesitation.
At the same time, black energy flashes in her hands, instantly condensing into two spikes.
"Sorry, we're only meeting for the first time, yet we're already at odds."
Thor slowly raises his axe, his eyes showing a hint of apology.
Hiss! Just as Hela is about to reach Thor, her hand suddenly swings.
The next moment, the black blade in her hand rapidly detaches and stabs towards Thor's chest.
Clang! Thor holds his axe horizontally in front of his chest, accurately blocking the blade.
However, in the blink of an eye, Hela has already arrived in front of him.
The black blade formed in her hand directly slashes towards Thor's head.
Thor grips his axe and meets it head-on.
Bang! With a loud noise, the blade formed in Hela's hand is instantly shattered by Thor's axe, and with undiminished momentum, it directly hits her arm in Hela's shocked eyes.
"How is this possible?"
As Hela rapidly retreats in the air, she looks at the huge wound on her arm in disbelief.
Although she was sealed in the underworld for countless years, her strength had greatly diminished.
But now, she had returned to Asgard, and her power was rapidly recovering.
How could it be possible that she couldn't even defeat her own brother?
The fact proved that it's better to strike your siblings early; otherwise, you might not be able to defeat them.
...
"Your body, and the weapon in your hand!"
"Damn old man, why did he treat you so well?"
At this moment, seeing Thor awakening the power of thunder, and holding the axe surpassing the Eternal Spear in his hand, Hela's mindset completely collapsed.
Both children of Odin, why was there such a huge difference between them?
"No, that stubborn old man, and you, are not worthy of being the king of Asgard at all. Only I can lead Asgard to a more prosperous future."
Under strong unwillingness, Hela's power began to rapidly expand.
A black mist covered the sky, making everything look extremely oppressive.
"For King Thor, for the glory of Asgard!"
However, at this moment, a group of Asgardian warriors clad in silver armor, led by Heimdall, were rushing over. They stood behind Thor, raising their arms and shouting.
"Damn it, you all deserve to die!"
This scene completely drove Hela crazy.
Angry Hela, her fury caused the black clouds overhead to violently surge, rapidly forming into a terrifying tornado.
Ah! The next moment, under Hela's furious roar.
The tornado, with her as the eye of the storm, instantly rushed towards Thor and the Asgardian warriors behind him.
"Heimdall, quickly, take them away from here!"
Thor felt somewhat helpless. Although each of these soldiers was very powerful, they were completely useless in this situation, except to add casualties.
In order to give the soldiers behind him a chance to escape, Thor, without hesitation, unleashed his power of thunder, turning into a lightning hurricane and rushing towards Hela.
Boom! The two hurricanes violently collided.
The terrifying momentum completely covered the sky.
Even the sturdy Rainbow Bridge shattered under the collision of the two hurricanes.
Crack!
Finally, amidst a series of cracking sounds, the Rainbow Bridge completely broke.
"Sister, you can't defeat me, give up!"
In the center of the hurricane, Thor blocks Hela's angrily slashing blade and persuades.
"Go to hell!"
Hela, without any familial goodwill, roars in anger.
Underneath the Bifrost Bridge, on the surface of the water, a huge black stone spike slowly appears.
Then, it suddenly rises and stabs towards Thor's body.
"In that case, sorry sister."
The last trace of kindness disappears from Thor's eyes.
At this moment, in order to protect Asgard and the people behind him, he had no other choice.
Crack!
Thor fully unleashes the divine power within him. In the gathering dark clouds in the sky, a thick crimson lightning bolt instantly splits.
With a terrifying thunderous explosion, the lightning instantly strikes Hela's body.
Directly splitting Hela into the river water under the Rainbow Bridge.
Soon, everything returned to calm.
"I have lost another loved one."
Looking at the surging river water, a hint of sadness flashed in Thor's eyes.
However, the next moment, several rough black spikes suddenly emerged from the river water in succession.
Their target was not Thor, but the city of Asgard behind him.
"No!"
Thor roared angrily and directly threw his axe like a boomerang.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Several black blades were shattered.
But still, several spikes continued to rush towards the city at an extremely fast speed.
In this moment of crisis, Heimdall led the soldiers who had just withdrawn to the city gate and stood in front of the city again.
"For the glory of Asgard!"
Heimdall roared first and charged towards the incoming spikes.
The other soldiers also roared and followed behind Heimdall, rushing towards the black spikes.
Puff! Puff! Puff!
Ah! Ah! Ahhh!
The sound of spikes shattering, accompanied by the soldiers' cries of pain, echoed throughout Asgard.
Finally, after paying the price of several soldiers' lives, they successfully protected their homeland behind them.
"This is just a warning from me. When I return next time, anyone who does not submit to me will meet death!"
Hela's figure flew out from below, her voice echoing throughout Asgard, then disappearing instantly in front of everyone.
"Thor, we are in trouble!"
Heimdall, with his injured arm, came to Thor's side at some point, looking at Hela's departing figure with a serious expression on his face.
"As long as she is within the domain of Asgard, her power will be endless."
"Someday, she will surpass you completely..."
Taking back his flying axe, Thor looked at Heimdall's serious face and the panicked people in the city, and said, "Heimdall, father once said, Asgard is not a place..."
"It's the people!"
Heimdall continued Thor's words slowly.
"Yes, the prophecy of Ragnarok has not been rewritten."
"Asgard will eventually be destroyed, but the people of Asgard will survive unharmed."
Thor looked at the prosperous Asgard behind him, a hint of pain flashed in his eyes, but slowly became more determined.
"Thor, do you intend to trigger Ragnarok yourself? Destroy Asgard?"
Heimdall looked shocked, incredulously at Thor.
"But, wasn't Surtr, who was supposed to destroy Asgard in the prophecy, already destroyed by you and the Dwarf King Eitri?"
"He wasn't completely destroyed, was he?"
Thor raised the axe in his hand, the crimson stripes swirling around it, emitting a strange light.
...
