I broke ribs a few years ago hair line fracture and that was really painful I just took it easy for about a week or two for me I used a heating pad and it really worked for me but donβt fall asleep with it thatβs about all I could do Nick please be careful if you are in that much pain I would definitely get it checked ASAP just to make sure itβs broken ribs and not something else hun ....
