He was born with persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn, the treatment of which resulted in hearing loss. As a child, he used hearing aids and an FM system to help him focus on one person and read lips.

Bunny once you start checking out TNA, you should definitely look back at their older stuff featuring Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Motor City Machine Guns, the X Division in general, etc. AND they started having a serious Women's Division before WWE did. If you ever get the chance: Awesome Kong vs. Gail Kim was one of the best Women's rivalries ever.
