this is actually something I wanted to do for a long time, I started a file for for this top back in 2019, but I never went back to it to finish it. Maybe it was for the best, since my skills have definitely improved and it wouldn't have looked like this back then. Something like this was also suggested by a patron at some point in time, though arm wraps were made back then
modelling technique is actually the same as those arm wraps I made previously and it is also similarly baked onto a flat low poly. A pretty time consuming asset for what it is, probably more than it appears to be, as the edge fraying is mostly done by hand across all of the fabric strips. Fortunately since the highpoly is pretty detailed, it saved a lot of time when it comes to texturing, so it balances things out
this is not ingame yet, I'll be importing this and releasing it later, probably during some other downtime
unrelated to this top, but I'll use this opportunity to address it. Since that poll StreetWear set is done, normally I would've posted a new project poll to replace that by now. I do however want to make something else (this top wasn't it, but it's next after it), so I will be delaying posting that poll until that project is done or at least in an advanced state. It was actually part of a past poll and it's different than what I've done lately, so I wanted to make it now for some variety
