Sims 3 - Music #1 - Guitars (playable & wall deco)

Here's the first part of a music store with new guitars to play with: the electric models such as Fender Stratocaster, Gibson Les Paul & Explorer, ESP Snakebyte but also the Sims 4 Grim guitar require High End Loft stuff packs. You'll also get the Sims 4 acoustic guitar plus a new Selmer Maccaferri (too small, I know, but if I keep the right scales, it looks weird when being played.... :/)
I've also made a wall decorative version of all these instruments plus all the ones I had ever done for Sims 3 (plus the HEL one).
