Voluptuous Fantasy Devlog 12 + Rare Cards
🕑 Added 2024-09-04 19:26:27 +0000 UTCIn the last update, we saw the girls enter a secret passage and learn about a certain 'scroll'. In order to find this scroll, they needed a ship to travel to Picklock Cove.
Continuing on from that, you will be able to take on 'Bounties', a new way to earn some Gold! Bounties are completed when a certain amount of a certain monster girl have been defeated, then you take it back to Chonkopus and cash it in!
Along with Bounties, the Rare Item Shop will also be introduced! This shop holds rare cards, rare items that give permanent effects, and (in a later update) maps that will unlock new side stories and visuals for Settlers. But, be warned, the Rare Item Shop ain't cheap. πͺ
Well, now that I got your attention, let's talk about the Rare Cards:
The new Rare Cards you can get your hands on are:
Poison: Enemy takes damage equal to a 1/5 card (including upgrades) until defeated.
Life Steal: Acts as a 5/25 Attack card (including upgrades) and heals the amount of HP inflicted.
Invisibility Cloak: Travel to the nearest Reward space. If there are no Reward spaces, travel to the nearest empty space.
Transform: Transforms the monster girl into a different monster girl in the same dungeon and resets their HP.
Chub Berry: A homage to Galactic Gluttony and Savoring Sword's Chub Berry Modifier, transforms the monster girl into an Alien.
The Transform card will be awarded from completing 10 Bounties, and the other 4 cards can be purchased from the Rare Item Shop.
Get your snacks ready, because Chapter 8 is just around the corner! π°

It's probably for the best, I remember reading in a certain survival guide that hitting on an alien is super dangerous lol
