Ooo i like it. Would definitely make the potions more useful (since i usually find myself forgetting they exist) I'll try to come up with an interesting way to include that!

I feel like there should be a risk versus reward situation for the vine berries like the chests and the holes in the walls to incentivize using a potion for the next floor still. Like having a mimic like creature or a strong enemy like the grease creature from burgers (maybe a camouflage camouflaged angler fish monster lady or a many eyed berry cyclops women for example) alternatively it could be that some berries turn out to be spoiled/poison in either hurt the player or don't heal at all. Edit: or just lower the spawn rate somewhat, maybe depending on how low level the player is or something....probably should have thought about that first but I wanted to come with some other work arounds.
