You can maybe get there by asking a few questions: 1. Who were they? 2. What did they do to get changed? 3. What changes them? 4. How do they feel about their change? That is a simple way to get some things flowing in a fiction. :) Once you know these things, a narrative flow can develop almost naturally. ;)
