Without spoiling the update for those who have not played it yet...I'll ask the question this way. Does this feature content beyond "the choice" (stay or rescue)?

Not sure which version you played last but if it wasn't the one I released last month for patrons, it wasn't the final game. It has new content, more story, different endings more CG and animations.

If you've already played up to the aphrodisiens in ep. 4, do you still need to download this release? Is there new content to play with this one or is it everything released so far all in 1 download?
