Short version: A nerve from my neck was being pinched, causing tingling and pain in my arms. To fix it, I had to modify my working conditions (my posture and desk). Long version: This problem had been manifesting itself for 3 months, it started with strange "clicks" in my neck and then slight pains and tingling in my arms. I went to a general practitioner and he told me it's a lack of vitamin D (something believable, since I'm not usually exposed to the sun's rays). I then went to a traumatologist and he told me that it is not necessarily lack of vitamin D, but that it is my bad posture when working, that a nerve in my neck was being pinched, and if I want to prevent this from getting worse, I should change my desk as soon as possible, work with ergonomics. My old desk was nothing more than an old kitchen table and an old wooden chair without a good backrest, i.e. not ergonomic at all. Those were my working conditions because I could not afford to buy a proper desk. this implied a bad working posture. At the beginning of November the situation was getting worse and my arms were hurting more and more (previously, I even had to buy a trackball mouse thinking it was because of carpal tunnel syndrome, but it wasn't). The straw that broke the camel's back was when I started to hear cracking noises in my neck (which most likely indicates cervical osteoarthritis). All these bad events left me in a deep depression and the words of the traumatologist kept echoing in my conscience: "Change your desk as soon as possible, work with ergonomics". The bad working posture was destroying my body and my physical and mental health, I was determined to change my desk once and for all, as quickly as possible. I had no money to buy a desk, nor could I borrow from a bank (for various reasons). Another possibility is to borrow money from mobsters and loan sharks, but that would put my life at risk. So I had to borrow money from a relative, I explained my situation and the terms were simple: if I don't pay him back, he won't hurt me, he will just distrust me. It was an unexpectedly long process, but in the end I was just able to get the money and therefore buy a new desk. That's why I could do almost nothing this month, because I was working in unhealthy conditions, and I had to change that situation.
