Can't always have her with a shy expression, gotta mix it up. Eventually she knows she got the goods that other people desire be it man or woman and she gets a huge confidence boost from it

Thank you, Isane always lookin fire!

You'd be lucky to get a paizuri from Isane and her monster melons but a double paizuri with Unohana and Isane? I'm jealous, those tits gotta feel soft and like clouds, whoever's getting this double paizuri is one lucky man, especially with Isane and Unohana leaving purple and green kiss marks all over that fat cock with their sexy DSL's(dick sucking lips) also can't forget those fat sexy nipples they have. Perfect 10's across the board

YEEEEES more monster boob titfuck. Starting the month off with a bang! Also you mean a lot to us too, thanks for all the amazing pics you make and the dedication to your craft. And as always thank you to the colorist as well :D

Gigantic, and a great Isane face too

Pretty unusual to have an artwork at this time but I'm certainly not gonna complain! Love the captain-lieutenant dynamic and that Ichigo (or Kazui) is the one who gets the double tit treatment from the two healers. I'm not entirely sold with Isane's expression though; it strikes me as somewhat odd, compared to how you draw her normaly. Unohana is a treat as always! Great job done with the background (the sweater in particular looks absolutely stunnishing) and with the cock poking out of the sea of boobs. Kudos to the well drawn cum version! I like its texture and how it still comes out of the guys cock. The green and purple lipstick make for quite the good match together and look great on the dick. Well done! Can't wait to see these two girls interact in a potential future chapter. 8/10
