Archived Audio Diary #18: On Love & Loss, Addiction, Growth and a Return to Hippie, Mindful, Loving Cat!
🕑 Added 2023-01-18 14:51:37 +0000 UTCIn this audio diary, I open up about the stress of not being able to record and how that helped me realize that I've not been taking the best care of myself lately. I talk about some personal goings on, the loss of an important person in my life (no one died!! lol I know how dramatic that sounds), the return of some unhealthy habits, bad coping mechanisms, and my strong desire to recover from all of that and get back on track.
