🕑 Added 2021-11-11 22:58:17 +0000 UTCI decided to buff everyone. Andy is pretty strong being a guile clone so I decided to buff everyone else to help keep up.
Andy:
• 4 Special moves, 2 Supers, Assist with Hud
•Note: I need opinions on if you think he is too strong or to weak at this point. We will begin working on more assets of Panacea now.
Moves:
Missile Launch: Charge Back, forward + Punch
Linear Projectile that explodes
EX: Two Missiles
Rolling Shell: Charge Down, Up + Kick
Anti air attack, Has immunity to air attacks
EX: Full Invinicibility
Charging Shield: Charge Back, Forward + Kick
Horizontal attack that can run over projectiles once the shield is up.
EX: Projectile Immunity and then Projectile Armor
Anti Air Missile: Charge Down, Up + Punch
Diagonal aimed Missiles.
EX: Homing Missile
Jumbo:
• Can delay his Lunge command grab now. Just like Makuyama. He can also cancel it.
Jiggly:
• No Changes
Katrina:
• No Changes
Bertha:
• Bertha's command grab no longer has armor, but it is also sped up. It still is grab invulnerable.
• Heavy Thunder Thighs Trap, Command Grab Damage increased 220 -> 240
• Standing Medium Kick knocks to on hit, and doesn't move opponent on block. (Its a command grab set up)
Aroma:
• Fan Attack had its frame data adjusted
• Damage increased for some of her specials
• Aroma's spray has limited range, and more recovery (She's not intended to be a zoner anymore)
Enorma:
• Scissor Bomb has been speed up.
• All versions of Scissor bomb go through projectiles.
Lardo:
• Standing Hard Kick can now be recovered out of. (Sounds like a nerf but his tail grab is an obvious anti air grab, this just gives him a bait-able reset.)
Zafta:
• No changes
Makuyama:
• Heavy Sumo Lunge now does more damage. 240 -> 260
Pastilla:
• Pastilla can jump cancel her Back + hard punch
• Pastilla Blast no longer wall bounces
• Pastilla Vaccum no longer poisons, but damage was increased to compensate
• Curse Geyser starts up a tiny bit faster.
Jumba:
• Heavy Izuna Drop does 240 now. 220 -> 240
Rapid:
• The Knee does more damage on its sweet spot. 120 -> 180
Twiggi:
• Skull Beam is sped up.
• HP has been raised . 800 -> 900
Violet:
• No Changes
Julian:
• Command Grab sped up a little
• Heavy Command Grab damage is increased 220 -> 240
Akai:
• Akai's running butt bump has its damage increased
• Rolling facesit damage increased
