Yeah, you can move 'em to Mugen and be fine. For the record, I develop in Mugen and then port to Ikemen. so if anything Ikemen is the one that should so more bugs.

You can go from Ikemen to Mugen just fine. The only caveat is that you make sure you use the right def file for Aroma and Pastilla.
