Let me say that I know you don't cater to my tastes or only what I want. That being said... there is something about these characters that is very offputting. I'm not sure what it is, and no, it is not that they are ugly goblin things. I usually like that. I'm thinking it is that they are too shiny. They have skin that is wrinkled and scarred so they should be dirty and more matte. The shine stands out in a bad way.
