Gosh I have spent too much time just admiring the front double bi and the back double bi. And I usually don't care too much about legs, but in this case, bravo!

The upper arms look much better, too! Almost everything is looking great! I would make part of the forearms a bit thicker, as they look slightly lacking in the double biceps pose.
