Personally I don't like the fake look too much, fake breasts in RL, try to emulate an ideal that is hardly feasible and usually it shows, thick fake lips or breasts start to look unhealthy at a certain point, not so in animation, here the girls can make the big boobs work, and move energetically and move their thick lips into lustful expressions, that sadly doesn't work quite so well in RL, so I see no reason, to emulate the downsides of real fake breasts too closely.
