Viewing Issue After Billing Pause暫停收費後觀看問題

Recently, a few members told me that after I paused billing, some content they used to access suddenly became unavailable 😢
I’ve already contacted Patreon support, and I need to provide actual examples so they can help identify the cause.
If this happened to you:
✅ After I paused billing
✅ You clicked on member-only content but saw “unable to view” or “no access”
💬 Please comment with:
1️⃣ Your Patreon username (or a name I can recognize you by)
2️⃣ Approximately when this happened (the date doesn’t have to be exact)
3️⃣ Your current membership tier, and whether you couldn’t view content that should be included in your tier’s benefits
I’ll compile everyone’s cases and send them to Patreon support so they can resolve this as quickly as possible!

✅ 会員限定コンテンツをクリックすると「閲覧できません」や「アクセス権がありません」と表示される

2️⃣ 発生したおおよその日時（正確でなくても大丈夫）
3️⃣ 現在の会員ランク、およびランクの特典に含まれるはずのコンテンツが見られなかったかどうか

Thanks for checking! That specific post is only available for the two tiers shown in the screenshot (Archangel $7 and Seraphim $12). It’s not included in the Power Angel tier, so it’s normal that you can’t see it. Thank you so much for your support! 🙏

I heard that you're offering free access for a limited time, so I checked your posts without changing my membership, but I can't find the content I was previously able to access, so I'm leaving a comment. 1. sioLe 2. 2025.09.15. 3. Power Angel I was able to see the previous post "How to Draw Romance Hair" but it is now locked I'm having trouble opening the most recent posts. I'd like to know if this is normal due to the level.

My username is BananaBred and this happened to me on July 21. I was a Seraphim member but was suddenly kicked out and I had to become a free member and Patreon wouldn’t let me change it back.

Hello mr. Evan, following your announcement about content display issues at certain tiers, I also noticed a problem with the post titled "Sweater Bodysuit針織高衩連身衣". It appears to be blocked for me, even though I’m at the “Seraphim” tier. Aside from this post, everything else seems to be displaying normally.

對的，如果是自主變成免費會籍的話，那就沒辦法觀看付費的內容喔！這邊主要是針對保留付費會籍，但是卻依然無法觀看付費內容的會員們🙏

早上好，evan老师。我在4月底加入了大天使会籍，在5月底会籍到期之前可以看相应的教学帖子。在5月底大天使会籍到期后变成免费会员，之后一直就是没有办法续费会籍，教学帖子也都是没有权限观看了
