How about a fitness journey where she starts out as a lanky, skinny volleyball type, happens across the gym and starts working out. She finds she is gifted and develops quickly also drawing attention from the guys working out there, and loves driving them crazy in the gym. She happens to be in the same time as some of the other girls from the strip club with their huge implants, sees the attention they are getting and how amazing they look, and decides huge implants are for her. She talks to the other girls, maybe some “checking under the hood” about the shape and feel of their huge implants happens in the locker room. She goes to their doctor to get her first implants, which are big, but because of her physical size, not nearly large enough. She schedules a second enhancement while trying out the new implants at the gym, finding the guys stumbling all over while being in a trance. Her second enhancement is bigger again, but she’s still not satisfied.The doctor is reluctant to fill them any larger. She doesn’t like this and uses her powerful physique to grab him and “convince” him to fill the implants even more, until she’s happy with the size. As a side note, the shape and placement of her implants are ideal please don’t change that.
