I'm really happy to announce the Smart Sim Randomizer v. 3.0.0! This update contains exciting new features and improvements.
THIS IS A BETA VERSION! WE NEED YOUR RATINGS, OPINIONS, SUGGESTIONS, AND CRITICISM! PLEASE REPORT ANYTHING YOU FIND STRANGE. TESTERS WANTED!
🎲 Smart Sim Randomizer v. 3.0.0
- The most important innovation is the new customizable configuration system! You can now choose exactly who (active household, unplayed NPCs, played NPCs etc.) and what (each individual property individually - see screenshots) should be randomized according to your wishes. The Config File is saved in your "Save" folder and does not disappear when you reinstall the mods.
- You don't have to edit the config file manually - you change the settings in the in-game menu!
- By default, likes and dislikes are enabled only for NPCs, and all other settings are disabled - you can customize them however you like!
- New automatic randomizations (only optional if enabled in configuration): Attraction Preferences (EP 16), Fears (Base Game), Infant Food Preferences (Base Game), Infant Quirks (EP 13), Infant Back Carier Preferences (Base Game), Custom Age Groups, Lunar Preferences, and Strength and Weakness (from Chingyu), and Wicked Attributes (from Wicked Whims Mod),

I have been working on this update for several months, investing a lot of time and effort into this update, so I will initially release it only for Patrons with Early Access. Please understand this. Public access will be available in three weeks.

Hi Andirz! This is incredible. I've been testing this for 30 minutes, and I can feel Sims' personalities coming to life. A significant improvement is that Sims are now automatically getting both likes and dislikes. Thank you! I have some comments on the way the mod works: 1. In the "Andirz_RandomSim__SNIPPET_TraitLimits_LikesDislikes" tuning file, it mentions that Sims should be getting one like and one dislike for characteristics, however, I've noticed that Sims get a random amount every time, ranging from 0 to 4. Changing that does not appear to affect the number of traits a Sim receives automatically, unlike the other settings. 2. Do you think it would be possible to add a configuration option for how many preferences do we want the game to assign? Personally, only 1 communication option is a little low for me, for instance. This is not a must have, as I can change it in your files, but it would be nuts if we could modify it. 3. Do you think it would be possible to add MIssyHissy's Attraction Overhaul preferences to the attraction part of the mod? https://www.patreon.com/posts/111331445.
