I previously reported that Poisoning Overhaul was broken after the last patch.
I checked again, and it seems that after updating the Lot51 Core Library, the issue has disappeared.
Detailed Update Notes (selected)
Smart Core Script
The Smart Core Script has been heavily reworked — new functions, new injectors (mainly for the Randomizer and Smart Cheats), and several new snippets have been added. The config system was completely redesigned to support the new Randomizer features and improve compatibility with Online Stores mods. Because this required massive refactoring, things were quiet for a while — it was a huge programming task, but hopefully worth it!
No Forgotten Birthday Drama
An additional buff check has been added to prevent cases where multiple conflicting buffs appeared — for example, when a Sim received both a “Happy Birthday” buff and, by mistake, a “Forgotten Birthday” buff after the same celebration.
Sim Sim Online Store
Among other fixes, the issue with postcards, which appeared after one of the recent patches, has been resolved. The saved purchases system has also been reworked: different game saves are now handled correctly. In previous versions, purchases were linked only to the Sim’s ID, which could overlap across different saves, causing Sims to see items saved by Sims from another game.
Fixed a bug with the delivery fee that stopped working for some reason (I didn't notice when or why). Everything is working again now.
Purchase Medicine
Added all medicines and remedies from EP19 Enchanted by Nature. Since most of these items have a slightly magical theme, all potions, elixirs, and brews previously available in SimSim Online Store or en dark shop from Obscura Network have been moved here to keep everything of this kind in one place. Some spa and cosmetic products from the SimSim Online Store were also transferred here, and most duplicates were removed to avoid confusion.
Obscura Network
Since all medical potions and remedies have now been moved to the Online Pharmacy (Purchase Medicine), keeping their duplicates in Obscura no longer made sense — those items have been removed.
Magical potions remain available for now, but they were relocated from the Potions category (which has been deleted as it became empty) to the Magic & Occult section.
The Crystals & Stones category was also removed, as those items had previously returned to the SimSim Online Store.At this point, Obscura Network seems to be gradually losing its original purpose. Some products are still available for purchase, but I plan to revisit the concept and rework the mod into something more gameplay-oriented rather than a simple store.
Better Live Shopping
This combined version of the mod has been discontinued and reverted to its original concept — only vending machines, just like in the very first release. The version numbering continues from previous updates, but all other features have been removed and split into separate smaller modules. The reason for this split is that each module requires different expansion packs, which often caused compatibility issues for players without certain packs. Maintaining separate pack checks was a pointless waste of time — and of my nerve cells — so now you can simply install only the modules you need. The only part that remains combined for now is everything related to vending machines.
Sulani Beach Kiosk — the issue with postcards, which appeared after one of the recent patches, has been resolved. For the remaining kiosks, the product lists have been updated and partially replaced with new items — especially from the latest packs, such as romantic-themed products where appropriate.
Smart Sim Cheats
The options from Rapid Household Management have been transferred here. The reason is simple: new mass-management functions were added, and maintaining duplicate systems became redundant and tedious. Cheat options are now available both on individual Sims (affecting only the clicked Sim) and on the terrain (allowing you to choose multiple Sims).
Individual Sims have more options than group operations, though group tools may be expanded in future updates based on feedback. (In the image: new terrain interactions for mass editing multiple Sims at once — you can select which Sims to affect in the picker.)
The Smart Gender Cheats mod is no longer integrated into the Smart Cheats pie menu section and is now placed as a separate pie menu block.
The trait picker for adding Likes and Dislikes has also been improved. All traits are now labeled and sorted by category instead of simple alphabetical order:
Added more trait types in the trait pickers (Sim Phone Colors, Agency).
Smart Sim Randomizer
There are two versions
The latest working public version (v. 2.8.0) specifically prepared for public access and for upload to CurseForge. This version does not include any new features and is functionally identical to the previous version, 2.7.1 — it has just been updated for the last game patch and is compatible with the latest Smart Core v. 2.4.1 update.
The new version (v. 3.0.0) is only available in Early Access for patrons. Descriptions of the changes and a downloadable file are located in a separate post.

PSO Shared Library is now PSO Common Package (without script), and the script has been merged with Smart Core. Therefore, PSO mods now require Smart Core and PSO Common.
