It appears you're using one of those PDF readers that activate and/or combine all the layers, as you are seeing the optional hex grid overlayed over the default square grid. Is there a reason there is a hex grid on the maps on top of the square grid?

I thought I would like the unfurnished mansion better since it would be more versatile. Turns out I like this one just as much for the character it has.
