I'm doing a Little Shop of Mimics. Exactly what it sounds like - there's a creepy shop full of mimics.... which is actually a giant mimic itself! And my players are all pretty new to D&D so I'll get the joy of watching them freak out the first time an innocuous object tries to eat them :D

I'm planning to slide in a One-shot between Sessions of our current Campaign. Stormy, Foggy Late-Evening, Mystical and surely safe hotel on the top of a Hill. At night there are some Noises... the manson won't be haunted now, would it? I'll be dming "the haunt" from the dmsguild at Halloween ^-^

May I also suggest: a meteorite crash site, Cthulhu's temple at R'lyeh, or some kind of Blood Sea?

Here are a couple ideas... Haunted cornfield with a Pumpkin King/Scarecrow asset, Haunted Swamp with Hag's Hovel. Bone maze- I think walls of bone piles would require pretty high perception checks in order to discern where openings are.

Still running Princes of the Apocalypse for my group 😑 It is slow going. Maybe I will spoopy it up a bit for Halloween.

This is the time of year I'd like to run Expedition to the Demonweb Pits, although as that's a bit ambitious, I may end up looking for a fungal garden for my lady Zuggtmoy. But other people might really enjoy some ruins or abandoned buildings, or a city of the dead!
