Great chapter. Fleur arriving to Hogwarts is unexpected, but you made it make sense. I really hope Umbridge tries the Blood quill on Harry ans gets fucked. Btw, what's with Sirius and Remus? I know Harry is different than in other stories but I'd expect some more screentime for Sirius.
