Their wicked and twisted forms are myriad; their features disgusting and beastly.
And yet these are the least of the Great Enemy.

I’m not really well versed in Chinese mythology but it’ll be interesting to see what makes the demonic cultivators ‘demonic’ beyond the surface level appearance. Like we’re told the ‘good’ cultivators focus on ascending - an immortality in some other realm - while the ‘bad’ cultivators focus on immortality in the physical world? Idk if that distillation unintentionally draws on western religion.
