I say have Camilla bound and gagged dressed up as a maid. And have Hinoka dressed up as a princess bound and gagged. (As she is not a fan of flashy dresses)

I always liked the drawing Wossa did years ago of Camilla as a maid. Maybe do one similar to that?

I'd say something like having them both tied up together and facing each other. Maybe with some sort of gag that is forcing them to kiss.
