Travel in Valcasta is still dangerous—but compared to the chaos beyond, the High Kingdom is a haven. And that’s largely thanks to these riders.
The Road Wardens are the backbone of Valcasta’s long-distance safety. Operating far from garrisons, they patrol mountain paths, trade routes, and shadowed forests. They ride in small bands, equipped for weeks away from home, and they rarely speak of what they’ve seen—or buried.
They are not line troops. They are scouts, escorts, frontier judges and saboteurs. When a route opens, it’s usually because they made it so. When it stays open, it’s because they’ve paid the price.

Los caminos del Alto Reino siguen siendo traicioneros, pero su mera existencia ya es una victoria. Rutas que cruzan tierras abiertas, pasos entre colinas cubiertas de bruma, veredas donde antes solo se arrastraba la oscuridad. En ese frente silencioso, los Guardianes del Camino son la primera y última línea.
Son jinetes curtidos, tan acostumbrados a disparar desde la silla como a desenvainar la espada. Patrullan en grupos pequeños, cargan con todo lo necesario para semanas fuera, y rara vez ven un cuartel. Muchos no regresan. Pero gracias a ellos, Valcasta es un lugar donde aún se puede viajar.
Estos modelos representan una de las instituciones clave del dominio del Alto Reino. No son tropas de guarnición, sino protectores de paso, mensaje y comercio. Y aunque no lo digan, también son espías, jueces y enterradores cuando hace falta.

These sculpts are excellent, they are wonderfully detailed but still have a grounded design! They are beautiful!

Wow, not sure what I expected this month, but I thought the landship would dominate. These might be my favorite sculpts across all of your ranges; they’re fantastic.
