Happened to me too! It's the new update that causes this. We'll just have to wait for a solution!

I downloaded a bunch of your hairs, i had some in the past and loved them. when i downloaded the new ones they all stopped allowing me to changed the colors of all hair that i downloaded previously and the new ones. I've tried re downloading them, using them with out any other cc installed. i have no idea why this is happening, or how to fix it.
