As for my health, I felt better literally on the first day, as I realized that I had big problems and I needed help. A trip to a psychologist was superfluous, since I managed to figure everything out myself even before the session. All the same, the atmosphere of war, if it does not kill you physically, then it kills you inside. It's a pity that Prigozhin turned out to be such a clown, it seems he likes to give orders to cut off the heads of our people more than to end the war. In general, I have to follow the news less and this partly helps me, now I at least sleep better, and everything has become better. I'm just afraid that this is not for long, because the Russians can undermine the ZNPP at any moment, I'm afraid to imagine the consequences. Just a nation of torrorists and fascists

Thank you. We should not be afraid of russia's internal problems. One way or another, they already exist and will only get worse. This has happened twice in the last 100 years, and now it will be the same. Here you need to understand that the current russia is already a terrorist, ready to kill people out of personal baseness, who, in their opinion, do not live the way they want. Their propaganda every day several times equates the capitals of large cities of the Western world with nuclear strikes. And their people listen to it, they like it and they demand that it finally happen in reality. I know their propaganda very well, my mother has been sitting on this rubbish since 2012, sometimes I also had to watch their performances. Their narrative has always been the same, the collective West (the empire of lies, as the Western countries are sometimes called) wants to kill us, but we will kill it first. We are kind, white and fluffy, but the West just hates us and envy us, but he fears us and admires us... It sounds strange and not logical at the same time. And that is precisely the worldview of their population. It doesn't matter what kind of power there is, whether there will be a civil war or not, the threat to humanity, from this chauvinist nation, will always be the same. But if there is a civil war, then at least they will stop killing us. After the dam explosion, we are now all sure that they will undermine the ZNPP, and we also expect a nuclear missile to be launched at Kyiv when Crimea returns to our control. All hope for Patriot systems.

Love the piece plus you feeling better is good news. Regarding the infos, to be fair, i had mixed feelings about a potential civil war in Russia 'cause ending the war in Ukraine would have been a good thing in my opinion, but a civil war in a nuclear country is something that I find terrifying. Concerning the ZNPP, i really hope/pray they won't cross that line. The dam was already a terrifying war crime and a tremendous catastrophe on multiple levels (and i hope people will be tried for it), but doing something similar on the ZNPP would be a continental, if not worldwide, disaster (and should be consider at least as a war crime, if not as a crime against humanity, in my opinion) Hang on and take care of yourself !
