Then can you ask one of your other followers what they did, so I can see what I'm doing differently?
one more thing can you open the pdf file?? if so you can still print the papercraft
i ave been looking around for the problem you are currently having and i cant find a fix , the reason this happens is because of the difference in version but you ave the latest version, so that isent a problem, did you got it from the official website? maybe there is a problem so reinstalling it should help? sorry i am at a loss

can't even open it in viewer 4
updating to pepakura viewer 4 should have fix this

I haven't been able to open the pepakura file in the files of your last few rar files lately. I've tried opening them from the program first, opening with, but they just won't open.
