No, you can only assault the bridge once (once was enough for MC's troops) - after that you will unlock the ability to scout for Ichor Elixirs there. The game is still being developed and I am but one man :P Content relating to the bar and its weird tech will be in future updates.

Am I supposed to be able to storm the bridge a second time after upgrading my dice? Also, during the bridge raid MC mentioned something about the tech at the bar but nothing happens when I go to the bar.
Congratulations! :) And yes, it's working - you start with 3 D4's and Reinforce promotes one of them to a D6.
