It's okay to take a small break! Doing so on an interesting note/cliffhanger is a good way to keep interest; it's what Hergé did with the Tintin stories , ending every four-panel comic on some form of cliffhanger so that readers would be excited for next week's issue. You definitely want to avoid getting burned out or losing interest in your story. An interesting story will be able to survive a pause in its publication! ^.^ (Also, adorable background Zmiy is adorable. 💖)
