I've been reading the comic for yeears, but this does bring up one little nagging question. It doesn't seem like monsters and humans are violently at odds with one another. There's this weird overlap of worlds, but it's not quite Capulets and Montagues with war and rivalry. So Mamma Moonie would be more peeved about "why are you with the weirdos" rather than "THEY'RE THE ENEMY"....?
