Ci-en, Pixiv Fanbox, and Pixiv Requests are the platforms that will be changed, but Fantia will be untouched. The only downside to Fantia is the some credit cards seem to randomly fail to register and nobody knows why. Fantia does not accept PayPal either. I know Patreon will not like your works, so do not consider them.

Thank you for lewd Nahida <3 Still not 100% sure but in case loli is sadly banned you have either fantia or ci-en, but dunno if it is as easy to post unreviewed content or subscribrestar were you can post full unreviewed content. Or you could simply stay there, post cropped thumbnails, and store the content on a discord with mega links or something and use a password you publish here which change each month.
