Back again with my recorded "class" (I normally strap a mic to my bandana to record a live Naked in Motion class to send to you, but alas, I have no classes to record). I've recorded my own practice yesterday for you to follow along with.
This is a full-length, hour-and-fifteen-minute class. It's a bit slow-moving because I've been sore from running (which is not a common activity for me) but you can always add in things that you'd like to the practice, including more vinyasas, as you wish. I especially leaned into self-kindness and being "soft with yourself", and you'll get an inside view into how I'm learning to talk to myself during yoga these days. If anything, it's just a friendly voice to guide you along whatever movements you take.
Viewer (listener) discretion is advised. You are responsible for knowing your limits! Remember to always listen to your body and make decisions that work for you. Skip anything you want and take breaks when you need to. If something hurts, stop. Remember, more is not better, it's just MORE.
