I had this idea a couple of weeks ago in the midst of our current health crisis and thought this was the perfect topic to cover right now. This is for everyone, especially people who think they "can't meditate", but even folks with a regular practice may benefit from the thoughts I've threaded together. I go into the basics, some more thoughts, and then there's a 5 minute guided meditation at the end. Enjoy!
