Naked! Class Audio (from April 14)
🕑 Added 2018-04-24 10:01:00 +0000 UTCHere's your second audio recording of the month of April! This recording is of our group Naked! Pilates Mat class on Saturday, April 14. There were a lot of first-timers to Pilates in this class, so we went pretty slowly and worked on some of the basics. If you're new to Pilates, this will be a particularly good class for you. It'd be helpful to have a stretchy band, or a yoga strap, or even a towel nearby. Follow along and enjoy!
