LIVE-STREAMS ARE BACK...with Alyssa!
🕑 Added 2023-05-25 21:00:01 +0000 UTCHey patrons,
PLEASE READ for lots of important info and changes to Patreon coming next week!
I am SO PUMPED to announce the return of online live-streaming classes with a BRAND NEW MEMBER OF THE TEAM, Alyssa!
Starting next week, we are changing the billing schedule on Patreon to renew your pledge monthly on that same date on UTC. It used to be that no matter when you joined, everyone was charged on the 1st of the month, so you could be charged twice in one month. I’ll change the settings on Patreon early next week, probably on Monday. This will work better with our Live-Stream schedule. Alyssa will teach different styles of Naked! Yoga every Thursday at 12pm Pacific Time, so if you’re on a tier that gets access to all those classes, your pledge will guarantee four total classes even if you only stay for a month, no matter when you join. 🙂 For more info on this, check out the “Subscription Billing” section on this page and this page.
NEW: Live-Stream time limit!
You’ll now have a limited time to take the Live-Stream classes. If you can’t make the live class on Thursday, you will be able to access the recording and take the class through the rest of the week, as they will expire every Monday morning. We’re hoping this will build some incentive to commit to your practice and keep us all working together in a similar time frame, like it’d be for in-person classes.
Live-Stream Schedule
CLASS 1: First Thursday of the month
Naked! Beginner Yoga - 75 minutes
This class is catered to Beginners and Absolute Beginners! We’ll teach and review the basics, offering lots of options for making the poses comfortable for you. If you’ve ever said, “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga,” this class is for you. And…you always have everything you need to do yoga no matter where your body is at, btw.
CLASS 2: Second Thursday of the month
Naked! Restorative Yoga - 60 minutes
A gentle restorative class focused on soothing stress and calming the nervous system. Stretches will be held for longer than usual, and we recommend props to assist with these postures.
CLASS 3: Third Thursday of the month
Naked! All Levels Vinyasa - 60 minutes
Open class welcoming all levels of experience. Come as you are, and follow the cues for different options to make the postures work for you.
CLASS 4: Fourth Thursday of the month
Naked! Intermediate Flow - 30 minutes
A shorter class catered to those with more yoga experience. We’ll flow more continuously and teach fewer options than an open-level class. But anyone can take the class! Feel free to go at your own pace and skip anything you like (as usual).
In months with 5 Thursdays, we will add a class with a new topic to be announced as applicable in order to keep the schedule consistent.
Tier changes (coming next week)
- $5 Tier
I will keep a consolidated version of my old library open for a minimum of $5. You’ll get the most fundamental instructional content that you need to build your practice and review the essentials. I’ll also start posting my Bi-Weekly Update videos on this tier so you can keep up with what’s going on behind the scenes. - $20 Tier
We will add a NEW tier where you can access ONE of Alyssa’s new classes per month (the “All Levels” class). Plus, access to the above tier’s rewards. - $60 Tier
This tier will now give you access to all of Alyssa’s weekly classes. Plus, access to the above tier’s rewards. - $80 Tier
You’ll have access to our ENTIRE LIBRARY of instructional content, everything I’ve made starting in 2018, complete with an organized Table of Contents to help you find what you want to work on. This will include the new Live-Streams for the time limit described above, so they will not remain in the library. Plus, access to the above tier’s rewards.
I will still not be teaching private lessons at this point in order to conserve energy to finish the Beginner’s Guide to Naked! Yoga Workshop, but if that changes in the future, I will let you know. In the future, I hope to make more detailed Naked! Yoga instructional content in the future.

As always, we really appreciate your support. In-person classes are very important, but are financially difficult to maintain, so we rely on Patreon income to help us continue offering classes, expand our online content, and make sure I am compensated for my time. This used to be a labor of love for me, but I’ve given up all other forms of income to focus on this mission so Patreon helps pay for my PG tips tea and snacking cheese (among other things)...

Naked in Motion
hi! I think I'll keep a good mix of them. Some posture workshops, some full length classes and short routines like that. I'm going to take a look this weekend and let you know next week what I think should be the "core" library

👋🏼 What content are you keeping for the consolidated library going forward? Is it the posture / position specific items, or will there also be some of the previous longer live streams (e,g, Advanced beginner 75 min., 10 min. morning routine, etc.)?
